A Blushing Bride {Erin}

I recently had the opportunity to do Hair + Makeup for this gorgeous gal and I am in love with these stunning images from Kristin Vining Photography. Erin is such a sweetheart and we had a great time getting ready for her big day!! Erin’s wedding was on Lake Norman, NC and the day could not have been prettier! I enjoyed doing makeup for her Mom, and bridesmaids as well. I had a hard time picking my favorite pics to feature because they were all so good!:) Thank you Erin, I loved being a part of your special day. Congratulations to you and Matt! xoxox

The Lovely Cassidy

I have been busy busy busy with Weddings, Pageants, Classes, MOVING, etcc. As a result my blogging has been suffering!! I am thrilled to get back to blogging and for the opportunity to show off some of the awesome pics of events that I have had the pleasure of being apart of!! Cassidy is my featured Bride today, whose wedding I did Hair + Makeup for a couple of months ago!! I absolutely LOVED so many things about this wedding, but what I loved the most was the beautiful bride and her awesome family!! We spent the morning getting ready at her Mom’s house which by the way was AMAZING!!! Getting ready on your BIG day in a comfortable environment is soooo important!! They had lots of yummy snacks, great music, laughing and just an overall low-stress fun time! Cassidy wanted a very Classic Look which looked perfect with her simply elegant dress and theme! I cannot say enough how much I love what I get to do every week! I am so grateful to have been apart of another fabulous wedding! Congratulations Cassidy, so happy for ya’ll & thanks so much for having me apart of your special day!!

Beauty & the Bridals {Alexa}

Alexa is one of my most recent beauty’s that I had the pleasure of working with for her Bridal portraits and Wedding! She is not only gorgeous, but a true sweet southern belle as well! Alexa was actually featured on an episode of “Say yes to the dress.” How cool is that?! She had her wedding at one of my absolute favorite venues, The Saratoga Springs in Mt. Pleasant, NC. The house at Saratoga is literally my dream house, a huge southern plantation with beautiful landscaping. At Saratoga, Brides ride in on a horse drawn carriage…LOVE IT.
Sassyfras Studios was Alexa’s Photographer and they did an amazing job with her Bridals. I have been a fan of their’s for a while and was so excited to see their work firsthand. I had a really hard time narrowing down which pics to feature because I LOVED them ALL! Alexa you were an absolutely stunning bride! Congratulations to you and Will, thanks so much for having me!!

Today’s Feature {Jodi} came as a referral from the lovely lady pictured below {Heather} who I had the pleasure of working with last year! Heather’s Bridals are some of my favorites ever!!

Referrals are truly the best!! It is the best compliment to receive a referral from a former client. Thank you so much Heather for sending Jodi my way! I loved working with her and her laid back, easy going personality made the day go by so smooth! Jodi lives way out in the beautiful country and I love that she stayed true to herself and really captured that country feel in her bridal portraits. Thanks for having me, I so enjoyed being a part of the beautifying process on your special day! congrats!!
